About Kenkaid
Kenkaid is a Transgender Man in year two of his medical transition, year four of his social transition. He was inspired to create The Queer Stoic Podcast a year ago to help others like him who struggled with their own inner demons so to speak, to create a new sense of self. Free from judgement initiated by other's opinions and views. To focus on improving their lives despite the negativity in the world against Trans people and the LGBTQIA+ community as a whole.
Located in New Albany, IN, hailing originally from Oldham County, KY, he grew up in a farming community. Born biologically female, he struggled with his own identity for years without the influence of the Queer Community and had no idea how much he fit into that community until college and moved to a bigger city. The Queer Community swooped in and swept him into a whirlwind of new found freedom and self-discovery. He got a little lost along the way, ended up having a son and spent a long time pretending to be something and someone he's not. Good news is he grew and changed into his true self and is still growing and changing to be better.
